Mateo Educational Consulting Group was founded by an educator. Dr. Rosana Mateo has been a teacher, principal, regional superintendent and deputy superintendent for large urban districts in Colorado and Wisconsin.
She has been able to lead systematic change in 150+ schools by using best practices, coaching and professional development to achieve her success. She received her doctorate from the University of Denver.
The program has been developed by experts in the areas of academics, equity and leadership.
The experience will be tailored to the needs of the district/school. Mateo Educational Consulting Group believes it is time to take a different approach, one that partners with school Districts and educators to strengthen and solidify the foundations required for effective and lasting sustainable change.
